Сочетает в себе коммутатор 20:1 и масштабатор сигналов интерфейсов HDMI и DVI, YPbPr, S-video, композитных видеосигналов в сигналы HDMI, DVI, YPbPr и RGBHV, видео процессор, восьми-канальный звуковой процессор домашнего кинотеатра с семи-канальным усилителем мощности, матричный коммутатор 20:4 аналоговых небалансных стерео-сигналов и сигналов цифрового аудио S/PDIF с восьми-канальным усилителем мощности и тремя слотами для установки входных плат радиосигналов AM/FM диапазона и интернет-радио. Поставляется с одной входной платой с двумя приемниками радиосигналов AM/FM диапазона. Контроллер оборудования Crestron. Оснащен входными, выходными портами сигналов RS-232 и ИК управления. Совместим с выходными модулями расширения Adagio AAEI. 
Adagio Media System AIP - это экономичное решение для создания современного домашнего кинотеатра, который поддерживает цифровые видеосигналы высокой четкости и объемный звук, и высокопроизводительная система многозонального распределения аудио-сигналов. Сразу после подключения AMSI-AIP готов выполнять обработку и усиление многоканального аудио и масштабирование видеосигналов, а также коммутацию аудио-сигналов на 4 и более пар акустических стерео-систем. Оснащенный самостоятельной системой управления Crestron, прибор также может быть интегрирован с другим аудиовизуальным оборудованием или другой системой управления Crestron.
